Pool heating additional cost of £100 / $150 per week (booked prior to departure)
Deposits
£100 / $150 per week (non refundable) with booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival plus £200 / $350 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be returned once the management company have checked the villa.
