Until a deposit of £200.00 is received we cannot guarantee any bookings. Please pay the deposit as soon as possible after making your provisional booking.
Unfortunately the booking deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is required at least 2 months before arrival at the villa.
Any CANCELLATION must be in writing and no refund if cancelled unless we are able to re-let the property, when 50% will be refunded.
All prices quoted include Florida and state taxes.
Other Booking Conditions
The villa cannot be let to a person less than 18 years of age
You must not sub-let the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the villa. Guide dogs are excluded from this arrangement.
Liability & Security Deposit
A security deposit of £200.00 will be required with each booking. The security deposit will be refunded to you after we have received a satisfactory status report from our Management Company. In the even that there is damage to the premises, then full payment for repairs will be expected with in 14 days.
We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by you or any other visitor to the villa or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage however caused, to any property brought onto the premises.
Please note you are liable for any damage to the villa or its contents during your booked dates.
Without any restriction to the foregoing, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, arising with connection to your stay.
Note: For safety reasons children should never be left unattended in the pool area!
