The villa is situated in Sunridge Woods, a select residential community and offers accommodation on a large plot with a conservation area to the rear. The villa has recently been completely redecorated, both inside and out, is fully furnished and sleeps up to 8 people in comfort.
The south facing pool (30ft x 22ft) is fully screened to keep out insects and is equipped with electric heating for the winter months. There is a lanai (covered area) if you prefer to relax in the shade. Pool side furniture and pool towels are all on site for your enjoyment.
