We bought our villa in 2005 and chose this one because it is in a secluded location on a large plot with a conservation area to the rear, providing ample privacy. Since we have owned this property, we have had a new air conditioning unit installed. We removed all of the carpets and tiled the floors which helps keep cool in the hot weather and is easy to clean. We have retiled the master bathroom and are constantly decorating and upgrading the furniture. It is fully furnished and sleeps 8 people in comfort.

All living space is fully air conditioned, plus ceiling fans and the open plan layout gives a feeling of spaciousness. Cable television and high speed wireless internet is provided. The family room has a 42”plasma tv with dvd and a vhs player. There are televisions in all of the bedrooms and an lcd tv with dvd in the master bedroom.  A telephone is available for your use, all local calls being free.
 We have a high chair, cot and push chair if needed.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge freezer, coffee percolator, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils. In fact everything you need to help you prepare a simple snack or a full meal. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board, so no expensive laundry charges. Bed linen, towels and hair dryers are provided for your personal use.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a games room with pool and football tables, separate lounge, dining, family and breakfast rooms. The south facing pool (30ft x 22ft) is fully screened and heated. There is a large lanai if you prefer to relax in the shade and plenty of poolside furniture and pool towels are all on site for your enjoyment.
